R.I.P. democracy

yeah i know democracy had long been dead in our country but  lately, as we await the impending rise of a new PM, it seemed more than ever dead with these news that i heard:

1.  opposition paper, suara keadilan and harakah banned.

2.  online media banned from covering the umno assembly.

3.  tear gas and chemical laced water fired at an opposition ceramah

4.  the education minister bars pakatan rakyat leaders from school events

more to come later, i guess.

it’s so depressing. yes depressing and fed-up when i heard of all the above yesterday. what is our country turning into? i would have want to elaborate on the above but i am too depressed to do so. i’d better get a good night sleep instead (1.40am).
