correct correct correct! no action!
yeah as many of us expected – regarding the lingam tape case, ‘no further action’ (NFA) on 3 persons involved because there were insufficient evidence.
insufficient evidence? really? who the hell can believe that? they (ACA, now MACC) were just closing an eye because those 3 people involved are not from the opposition. or perhaps judicial fixing is not as important as cows and cars.
the malaysian insider:
Three out of four persons being investigated in relation to the infamous V. K. Lingam video clip case, have been cleared of graft charges, the prime minister told Parliament today.
Datuk Seri Abdullah Badawi told Wee Choo Keong (PKR-Wangsa Maju) in a written reply that the three cases had been marked “NFA” — which means no further action will be taken.
The file on one of the four persons originally investigated remain open. The PM did not name any of the four persons.
i bet one of the 3 persons with NFA is the former judge, ahamd fairuz… and the other 2… perhaps also tengku adnan and vincent tan. hey, they are umno cronies, so NFA lah! oh but the main star, lingam himself can also be one of the 3.
if you forgot about the v.k. lingam tape issue and who were involved, you can go to jeff ooi’s blog to refresh your memory. or if you want to jog your memory on the royal commission involved in this case, look at wikipedia.
