homosexuality is worst than murder

….. so said abdul kadir, head of education and research at malaysia’s islamic affairs department.

….. and this came from an interview in the world popular magazine, TIME.

well, homosexuality is deem as a sin in most religion, right? i do know it is – in islam and christianity. oh and i’m sorry to say (and dare to say it) though i’m a christian i don’t look to homosexuality as a sin but that is another story.

yes, understandable homosexuality is view as a sin to many, including abdul kadir…. but to say that it is worst than murder??? is abdul kadir out of his mind?

let’s see. i remember reading somewhere the explanation of homosexual sex, something like, an act that goes against the natural course of law, or an un-natural act in sex.

how can that be any worst than murder? isn’t murder an un-natural act too, and worst, it involve (1) the other party not willing (of course!) and (2) taking away the life of the other party.

tell me which is worst?

so in a way is abdul kadir telling everyone that the case of anwar’s sodomy is far more important to pursue (and bring the culprit to sentence) than the case of the altantuya’s case?
*SIGH*
