forum: anwar on trial – in the face of justice

ok today i’m doing a favour for my ADUN (pantai jerejak), a friendly young man whom i had met a few times. announcing a forum of which he will be one of the speakers.  i can’t attend as i won’t be around on that day.

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim Sodomy Trial II is again putting our judiciary to test. Despite many indisputable evidences that Saiful Bukhari Azlan had “no evidence of tear” by various doctors, the prosecutor decided to charge DSAI. Is this politically motivated? Can the judiciary again survive another politically motivated court trial?

We will discuss the 1998 Anwar Sodomy Trial I and its implication to the judiciary and how it affect 2010 Sodomy Trial II.
