a-joke buy election
update to my previous post.
that’s right. the ijok by election had turned into a joke with bribe, fights and gangsterism.
it’s buy election all the way for BN as they pour out millions to entice residents to vote for them.
well, it is certainly true of what terrence fernadez, the sun’s columnist wrote:
when votes are at stake, the government machinery suddenly becomes super efficient. heck, if that’s the case, no need for pemudah and 101 committees and sub-committees to improve the delivery system.
someone put it in a crude way. but which is absolutely correct of course:
only when BN’s MP and assemblymen die in office, they will be doing their constituency a favour.
why? because only then, they’ll get to see BN pouring millions of ringgit to build schools for them lah, build mosques lah, tar the road lah, what-have-you lah.
regarding the fracas, police said they are in the process of investigating the fracas that happened on nomination day, and our PM had also spoken up that the fracas was stupid. well, shouldn’t the police start by questioning the famous son-in-law (SIL)? after all, just look at those pictures of him – so fierce and aggressive, as though he was inciting his fellow BN members to do something.
apart from getting fed up of hearing/reading about the BN’s sweet promises to ijok, another thing that made me fed up of reading is the way BN criticise the oppostion like one saying it is not worth to vote the opposition and the other warning that the opposition will be very aggressive.
oh no, those are the mainstream media – so of course we get to read about all bad stuffs on the opposition and good stuffs on the BN. *sigh*
