the police at our church

UPDATED WITH A CLEARER PHOTO taken on tuesday, 12 jan (taken while i was inside a car, going to turn into the church. the orange building you see though is a school, not the church. the church is in the centre (share same premise as the school. btw, the st paul’s church is opposite this church of ours, so the police here consider watching out 2 churches at one go!)

on 9 jan, saturday when we had mass at 6.45pm, i saw 2 police outside the church at 6.00pm but they were there for 1/2 hour only. then on 10 jan, sunday, when i went to the church at 4.00pm, i notice a police man and a police woman was sitting under the shade (blue and white shade) with tables and chairs in front of our church. i quickly take a photo with my handphone… from a far as dare not be too near to take.   sorry as the photo was taken in haste and from a far, you can see the poor result. can’t see the police clearly but you notice their blue and white shade eh. (note: that photo had been deleted, replaced with this)

just as i was about to enter the church, i saw 3 police men on bikes riding up to these 2 police under the shade. i guess these 3 were doing their rounds at some other church and had finiished their duties. well i heard later that these police at our church left about 4.30pm. anyway, heard from my friend who works in the church that those 2 were there in the morning already.

heard from my friend too that an inspector did visited the church and gave her his phone contact no., say to contact him if there’s any trouble. well at least, the police are doing their job in penang… but i think we won’t see them everyday.
