show you have backbone, PPP – leave BN!

the PM said it out point-blank – PPP can quit BN, if they want to. this is in response to PPP president, kayveas (so called) threat to leave BN if the ISA is not amended.

Prime Minister Abdullah Badawi today said that PPP is free to leave Barisan Nasional since the government has no intentions of amending the Internal Security Act (ISA).

"We have no plans to amend (the ISA)… if that is their choice (to leave), what can we do," he told a press conference after chairing the BN supreme council meeting at the Putra World Trade Centre in Kuala Lumpur.

really? then gerakan (and MCA too?) should also leave BN since they had asked for the ISA to be amended. all BN component parties should leave BN and let UMNO sink!!

remember the ahmad ismail issue? he had hit out at koh tsu koon and had asked gerakan to leave BN. the PM then responded that he, being part of BN, has no right (improper) to ask another party in BN, to leave BN. look who’s talking now! how come now he mentioned PPP can leave BN. hmph! still feel UMNO is king in BN, i guess. yes, as many of us are aware already, all other component parties of BN are like ‘slaves’ to the arrogant UMNO. why on earth are they still hanging on to UMNO’s tail??
