attending a ‘writing for publication’ course

that’s right. today i’ll be off to KL to attend the above course which will start tomorrow at 8.30am. it’s a one day course, thus will end at 5.00pm. this course is organised by cahayasuara communications centre. this is module 1 of 2 other modules offered by cahayasuara. module 2 is on news editing and module 3 on newsletter making. don’t think i’ll need to attend those 2 modules (at the moment i mean). right now i like to attend ‘writing for publication’ since i’m presently writing for the herald, our catholic paper. hope to learn some skills especially on how to made my articles more interesting so as to attract readers.

oh yeah actually i’m attending this course on occasion of my job, thus all expenses paid. since i have to write reports of events or activities of the penang office for human development (POHD), i felt this course would benefit me, thus i apply to the ‘boss’ to attend it. oh, of course i’m not staying in some 5 stars hotel but will be staying at the centre itself, where there are hostels.

ok so this means there will be no blogging from me for 2 days! i’ll be back on sunday afternoon… and i have a dinner to attend in the evening! it will be a hectic day! perhaps too tired after the dinner that i can’t blog too… and thus no blogging for 3 days! well, let’s see…
