huh? why didn’t the PM do anything?

ok ok i heard you "because he was sleeping!". 🙂

this is about the lingam tape. malaysiakini (from beritamalaysia) has the scoop about a businessman by the name of loh mui fah (pic left, from malaysiakini) disclosing that it was his son (who is now not in malaysia) who recorded the now very infamous lingam phone conversation.

now, the strange part is that loh has written a letter to the PM on 5 nov. 2007, informing him that he might be the key witness to the lingam tape scandal and he need guaranteed protection if he come forward. (you can see the letter at jeff’s screenshot). what did the PM do then? nothing! can you imagine that? and 5 nov was the date before the royal commission led by haidar was formed. why didn’t he show the letter to the commission, so that they could call loh forward as a witness – the crucial witness.

one thing i don’t understand. he said he had been stop by the ACA officers and he had received threatening phone calls. doesn’t this means they know he is a witness! how do they know? don’t tell me… the PM leaked his letter to the ACA? *puzzled* oh, his son’s name – ‘jwo burne’ also puzzled me.

well well well, another drama awaits us when jwo burne return to malaysia and gave his story.
