PC fair shopping… and purse gone… literally!

PART II – the shopping

i went to the PC fair because i have things to buy for myself and also for the office. it so happened that my 128mb ‘pendrive’ brand pen drive ‘malfunction’ (so said the error message that popped out) so i need to get a new pen drive. as for my office, i need to browse around for a notebook and lcd projector, and buy some CD-R and DVD-RW
i ended up buying a kingston 512mb pen drive (data traveler – pic below) and a 512mb SD memory card for my digicam. RM68 and RM78 respectively.

also bought a stereo headphone with mic, ‘sicom’ brand at only RM15. and as i spy that they have 70% discount for signing up to subscription of various magazines like time, fortune, readers’ digest, i signed up for readers’ digest – RM108 per year.

oh, and i bought a printer dock (pic below) for printing of photos direct from my digicam. it was a kodak printer dock and it cost RM299, where they said the actual price is RM499. kodak’s printer dock is the cheapest there. i saw cannon and epson but they were more expensive. i figure it is easier and cheaper for me to print my own photos then to have them send to the shop. another thing is i usually have less than 10 photos to print so not so convenient to bring to the shop.

i managed to buy the CD-R and DVD-RW for my office but i made a terrible mistake regarding the CD-R. tsk tsk, my carelessness again. don’t want to talk about it now.
