brutal police?

“if foreigners think that malaysian police are brutal, please go back to their own countries and not stay here.”

this came from deputy internal security minister, nor omar.

and as usual, later on, he said he had been misquoted.

then, padan muka, later, the PM summouned him to ask for a clarification on his statement.

gee… i was wondering… if nor omar can say that, does this means in a way, he was admitting that the police is brutal?
