lai, lai, come, come, let’s meet!

we penangites just love to meet… and over some food and drink of course. well, there will be another penang bloggers meet in 12 days time. details as follows:

date – 21 august, sunday
time – 2.00pm
place – coffee bean, gurney plaza

this meet was initiated by reallybites. already several bloggers had confirmed their attendance. go to the malaysia bloggers forum to find out who and to bising-bising there.

i’m not really into coffee bean (or starbucks) but since the majority agree on coffee bean, it’s fine with me. once in a long while go to coffee bean/starbucks, i guess it is ok but not often, as you know lah, too often, i will become broker than broke.

the last meet was on 14 june, international webloggers day, at prangin mall food court, where 12 people turned up. i’m sure in this meet more than 12 will turn up.

of course, as always, the meet is not open for bloggers only, but readers of blogs who are not bloggers, and also out-station bloggers and non bloggers. just about anyone can come – the more the merrier… as n305er proclaimed (ala pasar malam style) “lai, lai, lai, lulai”, which means ‘come, come, come, you come’, which happens to be my net handle! (lulai i mean. i had switched from sweety to lulai – a combination of the 1st syllable of my name plus my surname).

so everybody, lai, lai, lai, ok!!
