5 years enough? maybe 10? or forever?

pak lah, our PM announced a five-year plan to instill good values in malaysians.

pak lah believed that the expression ‘first class infrastructure, third class mentality’ aptly desribes us, therefore he hope to change our mentality and attitude… within this 5 years.

well, good luck to him. he’s gonna need lots of it. how does he propose to go about it, i wonder.
