open house? bah!! open your hearts first! – part 2

well, it seems that the govt. do have a heart after all. according to culture, arts and heritage minister, datuk seri dr rais yatim, there had been no ban on christian symbols and hymns at the national open house. apparently, accourding to dr rais, the misunderstanding could have risen due to assumptions made over protocol for functions involving the yang di-pertuan agong and the prime minister, who are expected to grace the occasion.

hmm… does this means that apart from having a giant christmas tree, will they have the nativity scene (giant crib) too at the open house? ok ok, don’t push my luck.

well, let’s wait and see.
