lucky malaysia?

by now everybody knew of the earthquake in iran i’m sure. and not too long ago there was one in california, US too. and today we hear of one in indonesia.
and on yesterday’s news on tv, after hearing this news on the iran earthquake, there was a news of a hurricane attack in… er… forgot the place. and california whom had just been reeling from its earthquake disaster, had another disaster on christmas day, a mudslide that kills 9 people.

ahh… so many natural disasters happenning in the world….. but are we lucky or what that we do not experienced natural disasters (except for flood)? yes we are. thank god for that.

good. so we do not have natural disasters. and it was timely for our PM, pak lah to call on malaysia to make sure that there will be no man-made disasters in his speech during the christmas open house:

“we should ensure that if there are no natural disasters, then don’t let there be man-made disasters”

what about the disasters like the recent NKVE landslide? natural? man-made? god-made? of course to the public, many would say it is man-made but it seems that usually to the ministers (read that as the samy guy) they will say it was ‘god-made’ (natural).

how do one differentiate a natural disaster with a man-made disaster? looks easy, isn’t it…. but yet why most man-made disasters, people like to attribute it to god?
