head – ache

today i’m too tired to source around for some posts. beside i have a headache.

i used to have this headache once in a long while… esp. immediately after i wake up from sleep. the pain is usually only on one side just above the eye, and sometimes it will spread to the jaw. when this headache strike me, i always reach out for my old faithful ‘ipoh oil’ (minyak angin cap kwan loong) and spread it on all above my eyes and on my forehead. i’ll use a lot, until my forehead is wet and the smell became so strong. sometimes i feel though i use so much, yet i don’t feel a thing. my mother said i’m crazy to use so much, and that maybe because of using too much, i get immune to it that’s why i don’t feel a thing. yet, i must have the ipoh oil… it’s like an addiction.

i’ve been trying to assess this headache… what kind of headache it is but still got confused over it. sometimes i think it is tension headache and sometimes i think it is cluster headache. methinks iti is more the latter. some of my friends even said it is migrane. horrors! i think i have not reach migrane stage yet.

ok no more bothering you people with my headache problem. better get some sleep now to ease off my headache.
