damn! streamyx was down again… for 4 days successively. past 3 days, it was down for 10 mins to 1/2 hour but yesterday it was down for more than an hour!! @*^%)#$!*!^!!! and of all the &^#$!*(! it had to be down after midnight – the time when i’m free to post. grr! last night (er… actually this morning) it was down just after midnight… and it was only at 1.30am that it was ok… by that time, too late for me to blog as i need to get my beauty sleep. grrr!!! so blame streamyx for not seeing me updating my blog!!

I understand how you feel. The connection in my house in Kelan Jaya was great when we first signed up but now it really sucks – getting cut off several times. That’s really frustrating when you are in the middle of a download and you have to start all over again.
lucia: yep adam… that is the worst part… when downloading. luckily i don’t do much downloading.Â

How much is the cost of your connection pm, Lucia?
If TMNut Streamyx, like any other Bolehland’s monolithic institutions care a damn and a dime about value-for-money service to subscribers, it should deduct the cost of the line’s downtime it let happens per month..
“Awww…too much work lah….” is the expected reply. Of course if it’s so easy a donkey can do it. Meantime the sloth’s attitude also applies.
There are quite a lot of complaints about TMNut but much of it are by Telekom’s predisposition towards administrative flaws. The ungainly centralized system of administration ala gomen style is incapable of responding efficiently at most times.
lucia: i’m using the RM66 a month package.

This is Bolehland; the land of what can happen.
Malaysia wants to be the ICT Hub for the region; and Lucia is crying shame.
Maybe, we should be the nation of Murphy’s council.
lucia: yeah, this is scream-yx, see, so you hear me scream damn damn damn.

Murphys Law: http://dmawww.epfl.ch/roso.mosaic/dm/murphy.html#technology
Law 4 is so apt here:
Technology is dominated by those who manage what they do not understand.
(They only know how to charge and bill)
M’sia as the Hub for Murphy’s Law.
