page strength of 5/10

when i first learned of the SEOMoz.org website that lets you check your page strength through liewcf’s blog, i try it out with this blog of mine first… and what i got was only 1.5!

Your website/page is a relative unknown. Search engines and humans are (for the time being) infrequent visitors. Consider the accessibility of the URL, the desirability of the content and your marketing efforts online; all can have great impact on your reach.

well i was not disappointed since i know my blog is not popular and does not attract huge traffic… but then i suddenly remember why not i try out my old blog at blogger and see the result… and what a result it was! i got a 5/10!!

Your site is having an impact and may even be a leader in your field (depending on how big or small that field is). Keep on this path; it’s clear that the effort you’ve put in is producing results.

whoaa! 5 out of 10 is good enough for me. then i realise that this blog of mine is only 3 months old, so naturally the page strength generated is low. my blog at blogger is about 30 months old! so my consolation is that if i continue blogging using blogger, i would have page strength of 5… or higher. 🙂
