the commotion that happened outside zakaria’s mansion between DAP members, parti keadilan and zakaria’s protestors were reported in the main mainstream media, the star and NST of course but i notice both did not mentioned what malaysiakini (or here) mentioned.

Parti Keadilan Rakyat Selangor vice-chief Khairul Anuar Zainudin, who was at the demonstration, claimed racial slurs were made by the mob, as most of the protestors where ethnic Chinese.

“They played up racial sentiments. They were shouting ‘Cina balik!’ (Chinese get out!), ‘Kalau kamu mahu Mei 13, saya hari ini boleh bagi kau’ (If you want May 13, I can give it to you today)” said Khairul when contacted.

hey, so did you see the power-point presentation of the ‘mansions’ of penang that i blog about here? this was made into a CD and distributed to the public, according to ong. well, it seems that penang’s CM, dr koh was not too happy with the CD.

“not fair” said he “i bought my house when i was a USM lecturer, not when i became a politician”

he also said that the valuation of the properties were doubtful but ong said that they had acquired the help of professional property valuers to value the properties.

damn streamyx! damn, damn, damn!! it died on me everyday since about 10 days ago… for a few minutes, sometimes for an hour… and today’s the worst… more than 2 hours!usually when i first switch on the modem, it was fine, the line was connected and i can surf and check emails…. but suddenly after 15 mins or so, sometimes after 1/2 hr, suddenly the line was diconnected and this page greeted me in the face.

ok, weekend’s here, folks! so no serious stuffs! 5 long days working already tired… oops…. this past week only 2 long working days (because of the hari raya hols)… but why it looks like the usual 5 days anyway?

if you think that the meeting is going to stop dr m’s big mouth, you’ll be very naive indeed. somebody said, and i agree, that the private meeting between our present PM and our ex PM was simply something they would say out in public but this time they said in private between two of them. after all, dr m did reveal what happened during the meeting, right? well, as everybody predicted, true enough, after the meeting, the squabbles between both of them would not likely to end.

the home minister, radzi, said that stern action would be taken against the rela members who misuses their power while arresting illegal immigrants. yakah? i won’t hold my breath.

do read a letter by someone sent to NST who question the manner the raid was conducted.

btw, anyone of you notice that lately, the TV had been advertising the services of these group of ‘ayam telur’ vigilantes (with regards to illegal immigrants)?

actually i wanted to blog on something that i felt pretty mad at but since today is hari raya, it’s not so proper for me to vent my anger at them. (you’ll know who i mean by ‘them’ when i blog about them tomorrow or day after tomorrow).

something burned inside me when i saw a heading in the star paper front page yesterday. no, it was not the deepavali light… it was my anger. burning anger! i was pretty mad when i read that a ‘second councillor builds mansion without approval‘.
