can, can, can…. give ’em 50%!

first we have traffic summonses reduced to 50%. now we hear of sentencing reduced to 50%.

ladies and gentlemen, welcome to bolehland… or rather… UMNOland?

UMNO vice president, mohamad isa, who was found guilty of money politics and he was to be suspended for 6 years, but UMNO supreme council so kindly reduced his sentence to 3 years.

deputy PM, najib was heard to say by convention isa should resign as a minister.

yeah right…. SHOULD RESIGN AS A MINISTER, so he said it… but just as you read that, below, you read that isa said he WOULD NOT RESIGN AS the jempol MINISTER. what gives huh?

lone had a good take on this issue and mentioned the reason isa said why he should not resign:
“This is because it would cause inconvenience to the party and require a big expenditure. In the event of a by-election, the issue concerning me will be exploited by the Opposition. I don’t want to create so many problems.”

huh? likdat oso can?

oh, of course can lah. we are living in UMNO CANLAND, remember.
