earn RM10,000 a month

wow! i should quit my job and become a snatch thief so that i can earn RM10,000 a month and drive a mercedes, just like this former security guard. 🙂

oh and he has a house too and not only own a mercedes but a proton perdana too. it seemed that police had recovered from his house goods value at RM300,000! among the many items recovered and seized are ATM cards, cheque books, wallets, spectacles, watches, cassette recorder, pawn shop receipts, a piece of police summons, calculators.

this man is said to be living with 2 of his children, so i guess the children knew what their daddy’s job is. i suppose it depends on their age. if they were too young, they will just think their daddy is a salesman, bringing home some goods to sell.

ok let’s leave this rich snatch thief now and talk about my KL trip.

i went with 3 friends in a car. was delayed an hour when one friend turned up late. an hour late, mind you. was about to leave her behind but she kept sms us to wait for her.

when we reached KL, again delayed because of the heavy traffic, then also because we had to go to puduraya to pick another friend. we reached PJ de inn at around 5.00pm. checked in, took a quick shower, rest only a few minutes, then we had to go for sunset mass at the nearby assumption church. well, after mass, went to times square. luckily we did not find any problem to go there when a friend said to take the pudu road and go to the end to jalan imbi. but problem was the heavy traffic. so by the time we reach times square, it was already 9.00pm. as we did not have our dinner yet, we quickly searched for something to eat. went to kenny rogers – the food was sold out! only drinks available. then went to this fast food stall selling kebabs (forgot its name) and only 2 items left! what lah. so disappointed. only 9.00pm and on a saturday too, the food finished so fast? well since opposite the kebabs stall is laksa shack so we decided to try it as we were afraid if we go to other restaurants, the food sold out again. i try the sarawak laksa. not bad. i like the gravy but not the ingredients.

well by the time we finished our food, it was already around 9.45pm and all the shops were closed already! it’s a good thing that the reason i wanted to go there was not to shop but just to be there. before our dinner anyway, many shops were still opened so we did manage to see the shops. we went to 5th floor where the cosmos theme park is, just stand outside to watch the rides inside. happened to catch only the last roller coaster ride.

next morning, sunday, the SSVP AGM started at 9.00am. it was an interesteing AGM since there was an election. before the AGM, we hear about the candidates campaigning and all that. during the counting of votes for the top post (president), it was a very close shave… the winner win by only 3 votes!

after the meeting and lunch, we went to 1utama before we balik kampung. it was the other 2 girls who wanted to go there. i did not as i’m not interested in shopping in KL. so i just walked around the huge complex and window shop and at one time sat on a bench for 1/2 an hour. wahh… pity i don’t have a PDA yet… if not can hop on to starbucks to surf while my 2 girl friends shopped.

well we left 1utama at 4.00pm and drove all the way until we stop at tapah for dinner. when i reached penang side jetty, it was already after 10.00pm and i was afraid there will be no more bus but luck was with me as just as i reached the bus stop, the bus that goes to my house, was there! quickly i hopped on to it and finally reached home around 11.00pm.
