‘cops to quiz DAP reps for insulting islam/sultan’ so went the headline in malaysiakini.

The police will record statements from Rasah MP Lobak Anthony Loke and Jelutong MP Jeff Ooi for allegedly insulting Islam and the Sultan of Perak, through a blog and news report recently.

Inspector-General of Police Musa Hassan said the duo could be charged for sedition and stoking racial tension.

come out of it!! utusan malaysia had done worst and yet you never haul them up for questioning!

He said besides being charged under the Sedition Act 1948, they could also be convicted under Section 298 for insulting Islam and bringing the religion into contempt.

insulting islam? is islam so big shot and so untouchable? why everything sikit-sikit you (and the umnoputuera and the mullahs and extremists) said it is insulting islam? just like the memo we catholics want to hand in, some fanatics were saying we are insulting islam!!

what about when they – the al-islam journalists – went into our church, consume the ‘body of christ’ which is very sacred to us and spit it out and took photo of it? wasn’t that insulting the catholic church and catholics? and you never charge the journalists! and nobody (the police, the umnoputera, the extremists) mentioned about insulting catholic!

what bl**dy 1malaysia is najib talking about with this kind of IGP we have??? with fanatical extremist muslim around who with just small small matters jumped up 10 feet high saying we are insulting islam??? but when it is the other way round – just like what utusan malaysia had done so many times lately (and also berita hairan) – were they so much as chastisied or warned? did we jumped up and scream they are insulting us? did musa hasan so quick to want to haul them up and record statements from them? no no no, NO!! it’s double standard all the way!!

Loke is alleged to have made a seditious statement in his blog against freelance religious speaker Dr Mohd Ridhuan Tee Abdullah’s reported statement on the status of the unborn child of political aide Teoh Beng Hock and his fiancee, as a child out of wedlock.

It is also alleged that in the blog, he had insulted Islam, the Sultan of Perak and the Raja Muda of Perak, Raja Dr Nazrin Shah.

why should MP lobak anthony loke be hauled up by police and said to insult islam when maybe it should be dr mohd ridhuan tee abdullah to be hauled up for insulting teoh beng hock? why? oh because his name has ‘mohd’ and ‘abudllah’ in it while anthony’s name has ‘loke’ in it??

who and what made them think loke had insulted the sultan of perak? did the sultan of perak them them so? did the sultan of perak felt insulted? did the sultan of perak wants them to defend him?

Ooi came under fire for calling Penang municipal councillor Mohd Razali Abdullah, a member of the Jemaah Islah Malaysia (JIM) member, an Islamic extremist and calling JIM an extremist organisation.

It was reported that he (Ooi) had said the Penang Municipal council should not allow a religious extremist to be in the local government administration.

but ooi had already retracted his statement. just by labelling JIM as an extremist organisation meant insulting islam? gosh, it doesn’t take that much to insult islam, i see.

let’s face it… the facts are there. the IGP is all out to destroy DAP. the IGP is damn bias… and racist! islam is really ketuanan islam to him, umnoputera and all those fanatical muslim because it seems that you can’t touch islam… if you do, you’ll pay for it!

so sad. mr PM najib, there is no such thing as 1malaysia lah!!
