wesak and holiday trip

HAPPY WESAK DAY
to all buddhists, or whoever celebrating it.
wesak day (picture was taken from this site) – the day buddhists (and taoists?) celebrate the birth, enlightenment, and death of the buddha.
wesak day is a public holiday in our country. as with many people, taking an opportunity of a public holiday, they will go makan angin here and there, so it is with me.
i’ll be off to the lost world, tambun and the gunung lang recreational park. it’s a church organised trip and there’ll be about 30 of us. we are leaving at 6.30am! so early eh! i guess better make it early as it is a one day trip… we need time to ‘play’ in the water theme park and also the hot-spring.
i’ll try to take many photos and come back upload it to my new photo gallery.
oh dear as i have to wake up at 5.00am, i can’t stay up till 3.00am to blog, so no blogging today. gotta go now for zzzzzzzz as it is close to midnight. need at least 5 hours sleep for the journey!

You’re supposed to sleep on the bus.
Ironic that the Christian group will enjoy the other religion’s holiday. Hope you have fun. Look forward to hearing of your adventure.
