since the result i got from this test was EXCEPTIONAL, i decided to post it up to show off my england (but compare to others, i did not do exceptionally). normally i don’t like this kind of tests. but at least english or quiz test are better than those silly ‘what kind of star wars characters are you?’, ‘what kind of disney character are you?’, ‘what kind of malaysian blogger are you?’. sorry, kenny (the one who invented this test/quiz), this is my personal opinion. hope you don’t mind i label it as ‘silly’. it’s true i don’t like this kind of test as i find it silly – i mean why would i, a malaysian blogger myself, want to know what kind of malaysian blogger i am? i am i! i am lucia lai of mental jog! i’m no other malaysian blogger. i know… people would say this is just for fun, not to be taken seriously… well, let’s say then i don’t like this kind of fun. i am out-spoken ok (which made some people hate me).
long ago when i first started blogging, i was into this kind of fun. every week, i will do one of these kind of test, like what i had done before… silly stuffs like ‘what kind of drinks are you?’, or sillier – ‘what kind of fruit are you?’. these stuffs i usually get from quizilla. well maybe i have outgrown them. uh oh, ok lah, i hear you – maybe i’m getting old. maybe? i am! aren’t we all getting old as the days goes by? hey, time move very fast you know. soon it will be half of the year 2005 gone.
ok ok no more babbling. on the confused words test. when i first did it, i found it to be very simple, so i was not surprised with the result anyway. confused words? easy for me. vocabulary? easy for me. it’s grammar that i’m bad at. anyway of course there are others better than me. i saw someone… forgot who… who got 100% for all 3 except expert level. wow! here’s my result:
You scored 92% Beginner, 100% Intermediate, 86% Advanced,
and 73% Expert!
You have an extremely good understanding of beginner, intermediate, and
advanced level commonly confused English words, getting at least 75% of
each of these three levels’ questions correct. This is an exceptional score. Remember, these are commonly confused English words, which means most people don’t use them properly. You got an extremely respectable score.
Thank you so much for taking my test. I hope you enjoyed it!
