up and up during tsunami period

wah!! unbelievable! like the tsunami wave that came and sweep high, traffic to my blog seems to sweep oh so high during the period when tsunami happened. if you look at the graph above, you’ll notice normally traffic is around 150 – 200 visits only but suddenly from 26 dec. to 4 jan., it skyrocketed so high… and at one stage on 30 dec. it went up as high as 850! and never i experienced such high traffic in all my over 1 year of blogging.

well, when i blog on the tsunami, i (among others of course) was mentioned in jeff ooi’s and tv smith’s blogs. then the singapore straits times picked up my blog when i blog on me helping the tsunami victims in kampung mesjid, tanjung bungah to clean up their houses, and mentioned my blog in their paper… both online and hardcopy. then the american street blog too mentioned me (with others of course) under ‘tsuanmi blogs you can rely on’.

well i guess all these combine to drive traffic to my blog during those period. ahh but now i seems to tone down to talk on tsunami so i guess it would be back to under 200 visits. *sigh* wll i ever hit 850 one day?
