the gems of joe

lone, was one of the few bloggers (apart from me of couurse), who remember joe’s death anniversary and had put up a post in memory of his first anniversary. why, he was so keen that he was even one day early. haha. (he made that post on 17 oct. and not 18 oct. which was joe’s anniversary)

after that post, lone felt that joe’s blog had been ‘neglected’ because there are no more comments and all the pictures had disappeared. on his initiative, he had decided to start a blog specially for ‘joe’s gems’ (so he called it). read here why he decided to start it and what/who is it for.

i felt that it was a good idea and was glad to sign up as a contributor. i’m afraid that joe’s blog being left idle for over a year might one day disappeared into thin air. what a pity it would be if all his interesting writings disappeared just like that. hence, thankfully lone had the initiative to ‘preserve’ joe’s writings by starting joeblogs gems. go there and have a look and read especially lone’s inaugural post in which he explained why he started joeblogs gems.

OT: gosh, have to get up at 6.00am today as must get to work to go ‘begging’ for a good cause (refer the post below). wanna catch the early market crowd before i have to hit for work. therefore today i cannot stay up till 2.00am.(OT = off topic)
