new cabinet…. can be?

ok ok i’m late. it seems i’m always late. several bloggers had already blog on the new cabinet and paper everywhere had splashed this news all over, here i am just doing it.

actually i did try to blog on it yesterday but i was so frustrated all that i had written went kaput!!… just like that when the browser window was closed accidentally. not that i closed it accidentally but rather the mouse made me do it. 🙂 honest. not a case of don’t want to blame myself. you see this new wireless optical mouse of mine these days suddenly developed hyper-sensitivity. when i want to click once to open the window, it suddenly click twice for me to close the window! anyway i will have to kacau wits0 about this matter (private email) and see is he can help me. ok I know about writing my blog on like notepad or word first not directly on blogger.

ok back to topic. the new cabinet line-up. from the look of it, not many people are happy over it… at least to the rakyat like you and me. to those in the gomen itself (BN!) of course they are happy and sing praises of pak lah’s choice.

most notably i’m shocked to learn that some of the ‘plump and prosperous’ (karpal singh’s words when he talk about corruption) minister is being retained. and also that ayo-yo semi value guy. i hope to see these 2 out just as lim kit siang do too. well, i hope that pak lah will remember to make sure the ACA act on the ’18 fishes’ in the cabinet, no matter who they are .keep true to his words when he said:

“If anyone is found to be guilty (upon completion of any Anti-Corruption Agency investigation) later on, they will have to go.”

i’m also surprise at the appointment of UMNO youth chief, datuk hishammuddin hussein as education minister. what does this guy knows about education? the education ministry is an important post and need credible person with the right know-how to run it.

remember many cases of UMNO youth going crazy like raiding malaysiakini and threatening to burn down the MCA building? he as chief, did not do anything. was that an inkling of him favouring his own kind? oh dear me, is education of other languages going to suffer?

and talking about UMNO youth, of course one has to talk about their ‘female equivalent’ the chief of puteri UMNO, datuk azalina othman said who was appointed as the sports and youth minister. hmm… she sure ‘climb the ladder’ fast, huh?

mr bow-tie datuk paduka abdul (wow. all datuks in the cabinet?) the one who tells us that not flying the flag during merdeka day means we are unpatriotic had been moved from his tourism minister post to information minister. information ministry deals with the media and publications. it’s quite a disturbing thought eh with mr bow-tie helming it.

i really don’t know what will become of our bolehland with this new cabinet lineup. i hope that it is a cabinet that can be a good governance to the country and its rakyat.
