who was he talking about?
Young leaders who make racial and religious statements to be popular with a particular community will not go far in a multiracial and multicultural Malaysia, said Barisan Nasional Youth chief Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein.
read further where he said that anyone can make popular statements to gain support but their support may not last.
hmm… who was he talking about? was it that wannabe UMNO defender? (look! he is with a gun, all ready to defend UMNO. this picture was taken from aisehman’s blog). something looks fishy. i thought in the beginning this UMNO youth chief was so readily to defend khairy that he even issued a warning to MCA when MCA wanted khairy to apologise.
read somewhere (forgot which blog) that asked, was hishammudin doing a la-mahathir, i.e. is he regretting that he appointed (er… or supported? appoint not him alone, right) khairy as his deputy? maybe so… or maybe he’s now starting to feel threatened by the son-in-law. oh wait a minute, he said this during the gerakan youth and wanita national conference… maybe he was just trying to get into the good books of gerakan. or maybe he subtly meant some non UMNO MPs. see, ktemoc found out that he had blasted MCA sec-gen, dr wee for his ‘khairish behaviour’ – again with a warning. why didn’t he blasted khairy then, and gave him a warning? ahh… we all know why.
