scary thought….

ABC (australian broadcasting corporation) interviewed anwar and anwar said he will forgive but he will not forget.

really? well i don’t know with him or with others but to me if one cannot forget means one is still harbouring the hate deep inside, meaning in reality one still can’t forgive.

but that’s not the scary part. this is (excerpt from the article, what anwar said):
My interest is national unity, peace, and we have to grapple with complex issue of terrorism and the way Islam is being demonised.We think that we also need to impress upon the west, particularly the United States, the moment you associate yourself, with an Islamic organisation or group you are deemed to be fanatics and extremists and have a propensity to violence. Now how do you deal with the issue of terrorism and extremism and fanaticism, if you do not engage yourself with credible Moslem groups?

he believe that islam is being demonised? so if he’s back in opposition, he wants to fight for islam? nothing wrong… but scary… especially coming from him.
