in the latest issue of aliran, in an article entitled de-mahathirising malaysia; abdullah badawi’s debt to reformasi. a writer, khoo bee teik stated that:

“improbable as it seemed then, reformasi hastened mahathir’s ‘voluntary’ departure. improbable though it seems now, abdullah might just extend what reformasi began: the de-mahathirisation of this political system.”

does this means the writer is telling us that with pak lah as the new PM, reformasi might made a comeback? read the whole article and see if you agree with the writer.
