dr m as secretary-general?

have you guys heard? regarding the coming organisation of islamic conference (OIC) summit, a flipino muslim scholar, prof. daim abadi had claimed that dr m has a hidden agenda in hosting the coming 10th OIC summit. and what is the hidden agenda? he believe that dr m is gunning for the post of the secretary general of OIC!!

what do you think? could it be true? maybe so, maybe not, but methinks perhaps he does have a hidden agenda… but what, beats me.
