die! die! we must all follow UMNO’s policies
when i read yesterday’s star, the bold front page headline ‘UMNO for all'(in the hardcopy print, online it was tittled ‘UMNO will continue to be a leader for all’), i was kind of going “huh??? what the…?”. UMNO for all? how can it be, when UMNO is for malays only? remind me of those who are fond of saying “islam is for all”.
well, this ‘UMNO for all’ headline was for our PM, pak lah’s speech at the UMNO assembly.
Umno will continue to be a leader to all Malaysians while continuing with its struggle to strengthen the position of the Malays, said party president Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
UMNO, a malay party, leader of ALL malaysians? all, did he said? the chinese, indians and lain lain? ayoh. ini macam susah lah. die liao. for the non malays. ayoh!
Giving his first presidential address at the party’s 55th general assembly, Abdullah said Umno was the country’s largest political party and its policies would have an impact on all Malaysians.
really really die. UMNO’s policies having an impact on ALL malaysians. scary.
Umno plays the role of, and is accepted as, the moving force for the country’s political leadership. Simultaneously, we become the prime mover of the Government that has been entrusted to rule the country.
what about MCA? MIC? see, what i told you there will never ever be a non malay prime minister!
speaking of MCA, do you know what MCA’s president, datuk seri ong ka ting said of the PM’s speech? here it is:
The Umno president has given a very inspiring speech, fair and well covered. I think today’s speech will go down well with our multi-racial society. It is not only motivating to Umno members and the Malay community but also reassuring to the non-Malays.
He has given the reassurance that future policies will be fair to all.
he thinks the speech will go down well with all races. i don’t. the minute i see ‘UMNO for all’ i wonder why should UMNO be for me when i am not a malay? in a way i was amused too. i wonder to myself if MCA will to say ‘MCA is for all’ (or MIC say ‘MIC is for all’), will those UMNOputeras jump up and down?
future policies will be fair to all? for crying out loud? policies based on UMNO will be fair to the others? you tell me.
