kissing and hugging at DBKL

did you happened to walk by the city hall office (DBKL) yesterdayafternoon? if you did, you would have witness a lovey-dovey scene where couples hugged and kissed and exchanged roses. wahh! why they so brave to do that when lately we heard so much about this court judgement on that couple ooi kean thong and siow ai wei who were… er… allegedly kissing and hugging in KLCC.

don’t worry. this ‘lovebirds nest’ at DBKL was a protest staged by DAP youth, known as DAPSY. they were protesting against a recent court ruling that a young couple caught for allegedly
embracing and kissing at KLCC park three years ago could be charged with indecent behaviour.

in a some what related news, have you heard that in indonesia they had came up with a law that couples who kiss for more than 5 mins. would be arrested.

huh? 5 mins? that’s pretty awful long time to kiss in public, if you ask me. hmm… maybe a long, passionate kiss eh? how will the authorities know they are kissing more than 5 mins? goodness! they are going to be spying on them, and timing them? ridiculous!
