a new peter at end of november

peter tan of the digital awakening had embarked on a charity campaign for hospice in penang, known as ‘hair for hospice‘. he (and a few other bloggers) will shave off his long locks to raise some money for hospice. he hope to do it somewhere in november after the donations had poured in, in this month.

well, that means come november, we will see a different peter tan – a botak peter! curious and eager to see how he will look like without hair… on his head.

peter choose penang’s hospice at home programme because he felt very grateful to them for taking care of his late mother. well, i have a uncle who was admitted to the hospice home in air itam road sometime back, and i found they took very good care of him, unlike the previous time when he was in tanjung hospital in burmah road. so i too feel grateful to them and have pledge to donate. however, as i’m quite broke (and not earning 4 figures!) my pledge will be minimum… better than nothing of course.
