do we need the penang second bridge?

apparently CM lim guan eng thinks so. he’s so eager to see works on the 2nd penang bridge get started. so much so that he has to use the PM’s ‘want malaysia’ slogan.

i have already say a lot on this issue at my other blog, reflections, so nothing more here.
