observers training in penang mainland

MAFREL’s penang training session for election observers received good response so far. however, the  response for the mainland is not very encouraging. hence, i’m now publcising it to let more people know.

all those penangites staying in the mainland, time to do something! be an election observer!

The MAFREL’s FREE  election watch training in mainland Penang will be according to following details:
