a foreigner PM?

any of you caught his interview on tv3 8pm news, 2 nights ago? i did and this coming from our former PM, the tun, really surprised me:
“we can even hire foreigners to run our country, including the prime minister’s post, so long as that foreigner has brain”.

i don’t believe my ears! ain’t this true or what? i thought the tun hates foreigners. he did showed it when he was the PM. then knowing him, i guess he was making that statement in a sarcastic way. it was in relation to the firing of mahaleel, CEO of proton, when he was speaking on both the proton issue and the approved permits (AP) issue. i hope he was not subtly saying that pak lah our present PM has no brains!

ok i wouldn’t want to talk about proton here but prefer to talk on the AP issue. we all know by now that dr m had accused rafidah as a liar when he said she had misled UMNO. and what did our makcik fidah had in response? “god is my witness!” was all she was able to exclaimed. gee, this lady really like to invoke on the name of god, i see. remember when she swore on the koran the day she broke into tears? i remember too long long ago, something to do with our ex deputy PM, anwar, when anwar accused her of corruption, she called on the almighty’s name too. couldn’t remember the exact words.

oh well, if she insists god is her witness, what else can the others do?
