where you blog from

i just thought it might be a good idea if bloggers show us from where you penned… er… keyed in your thoughts when you blog… your work-space, you know. i’m refering more for home work-space (or office… if you blog mostly in office!)… not one of those expensive high-tech toys e.g. PDA or notebook. the space where you have your computer (and other stuffs) where you sit down to let let your creative juice flow and share your thoughts with all.

ok, i’ll show you my work-place… nothing fancyful there since i’m not a techie expert (or a ms rich lady!) therefore you’ll see i have only the basic.

ah, you can see part of the chair where i am glue to everyday for hours. my PC is an old PC… intel PIII 667EB. so this is where i am everyday at home when i blog. now, you can imagine me sitting there each time you read my blog. 😉

here are some explanation on what you see there on my work-space.

on the left is the printer – epson stylus colour 460. on the right of course is the CPU. it looks pretty big and clumsy eh? i know it is better to place it below but no space below (taken up by books and shoes!). next to the printer you can notice my new aztech 906EU modem. then there is the mini optical wireless mouse right in front. you notice 3 little er… what you call them… USB cable?… well whatever… one of them is er… device… for the wireless optical mouse, the other two, one for my digicam and one for my handphone.  the speaker can also be seen in between the monitor and CPU. the other speaker is hidden behind the modem. oh yeah the little black thing you see behind the printer is the radio/cassette/CD player. it seems that when i have my computer on, i can’t have the radio on as there will be disturbance on the radio. ahhh… if anyone is astute enough, you’ll notice a small bottle of something beside the printer, right? guess what it is? none other than my trusty minyak angin cap kwan loong! (‘kwan loong’ brand medicated oil). i must have this beside me for my occasional headache! it is also one of my ‘don’t leave home without it’ thing. 😉
