good news for the world?

this is too good a news to let it passed by without mentioning it in my blog though i believe many bloggers had and will blog on it.

yep the man they called ‘evil dictator’, ‘the butcher’ and lots of other names, the one and only saddam hussein had been captured.

justme and wits0 had already started talking about this news in comments section under the blog topic below (a modern day parable). and here are some links, courtesy of wits0 on the capture (as of approx. 1300hrs, 14 dec).

by the time this post had been up, i’m sure there’ll be lots more new, news to read here and there and everywhere as this is big time news, man! i’m sure all the major local newspaper will splash the news of his capture on front-page.

so finally the man had been captured. the world, esp. US must be rejoicing now. but what about osama bin laden? is he still alive? which hole has he dug to hide in, and when will the mighty US capture him?

i wonder will there be rejoicing in iraq and the people dancing in the street shouting “the dictator had been captured! hurray!”
