soon going to be PM, datuk seri abdullah ahmad badawi or better known as pak lah had called on the public not to speculate who will be the deputy PM when he take over as PM.

apparently speculation of the next deputy PM would be defence
minister datuk seri najib tun razak, came about when there was this mural on the 4th floor of PWTC showing najib’s potrait placed directly under the potrait of pak lah.

pak lah seems annoyed at the speculation and said:

i do not have any influence over how the portraits are drawn or painted. we cannot make any assumption based on paintings.

and he further pointed out that beside the picture of najib, there’s also a picture of tan sri muhyiddin yassin and tan sri muhammad muhammad taib.

why are you (reporters) asking me this? the portraits of all three vice-presidents are there. najib is also drawn with jet-fighters. why make interpretations from the paintings?”
