the jews rule by proxy?

i had said that i don’t want to blog on the issue of dr m’s oic speech where he was label as anti-jews but seeing that so many people had been talking about it, i guess i have to jump in the bandwagon with them.
well, by now i’m sure you are very familiar with this infamous phrase of his from the speech:

–“we (muslims) are actually very strong. 1.3 billion people cannot be simply wiped out. the europeans killed 6 million Jews out of 12 million, but today the Jews rule the world by proxy… they get others to fight and die for them.”–

but ok since now that i’m at my own blog, i present here my comments:

why did the world picked up on just that part of his speech and jumped skyhigh? they should look at the whole context of his speech… before and after that infamous phrase. (“the europeans killed 6 million Jews out of 12 million, but today the Jews rule the world by proxy… they get others to fight and die for them.”).

whenever someone quote some phrases from the bible to present his/her argument, we always respond that one shouldn’t lift just a phrase from the bible to justify his/her argument, because one must read the whole text (esp. before and after) to get the real context and meaning. well same thing applies to all the hoo-haa on dr m’s oic speech.
