PC not ok so no post… and shopping at PC fair

er… i mean normal posts, those that touch on issues and socio-political.

my PC is still not ok. oops. i mean i did not get a new PC yet. if you read my earlier post, you would have notice my PC was infected with virus. can’t do much excpet reformat and reformat means everything new, might as well buy a new PC… which i did, yesterday at the PD fair.

i went to the fair after the engage media distriubtion workshop. actually i left 1/2 hour before it ends as i don’t want to be at the fair too late.

as expected, being the last day, the fair was jam-packed! at certain places i can’t even move an inch. anyway i already had in mind what to buy at the PC fair. yep so i did get my PC – the CPU only without OS. i’ll have to collect it tomorrow or sometime this week… so it seemed that still no new PC for me to do posting.

then i also bought bitdefender anti-virus for 3 users at RM90, a wireless router at RM95, notebook transparent skin at RM8 and notebook cool pad at RM8 too. was so tempted to buy an external hard-disk but figure the hole in my pocket would be very much bigger if i do, and anyway this can wait. oh the PC i bought is at RM849 (intel core duo processor and 2GB RAM). this means all together i had spent over RM1000!! arggh! must live on bread and butter for thise week during my lunch. 🙁
